Q3 Contracting's Employee Training and Developement Program is designed to assist each department in developing the knowledge and skills of their employees; resulting in a safer more productive work enviroment. The goal is to ensure that each employee meets or exceeds the customers requirements. Employee qualifications programs include: Veriforce, ISNetworld, NCCER, Midwest Energy Association (MEA) Q41 program and all D.O.T. qualification programs. Individual accountability is the main component in all training.
