Quality Assurance/Quality Control In 2004, our Quality Assurance program was introduced to address organizational expectations regarding service/workmanship, employee safety and employee performance. Through a process of third party auditing and statistical review, the QA program identifies deficiencies and then establishes corrective/preventative measures to eliminate them. The goal of the program is to ensure long-term security for our employees and provide services of the highest standards to our customers. |
